Note:
Caller needs to have Skype Translator preview software installed. It’s recommended that the receiver uses a desktop Skype client, but Skype Translator audio may work on other Skype platforms.

Thanks for your response.
Unfortunately there is no official release date announced by Microsoft yet.
And there is also discussion going among techies, as MSFT have this as a ‘Preview’ from a long time before. Seems no progress may be!
Anyway, so far below languages are supported,
English (United States), Chinese (China), German, Spanish, French, Chinese (Hong Kong SAR), Italian, Chinese (Taiwan)
